Luka Doncic won’t play within the Los Angeles Lakers’ first two preseason video games this weekend, the staff introduced Friday.
The Lakers tip off their six-game preseason slate Friday towards the Phoenix Suns in Palm Desert. Then they play a highway sport towards the Golden State Warriors on Sunday.
The choice to carry the 26-year-old star was made by Doncic and the Lakers’ efficiency staff, bearing in mind his EuroBasket participation and wanting to maintain the long run in thoughts.
