Former UFC ladies’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey has been posting exercise movies to her social media as she regains her physique after giving delivery to her second daughter in January.
She’s documented her bodily transformation, and thru the exercises, “Rowdy” has been ‘discovering her love for MMA once more.”
“From 8 weeks after having a child and eight years of stepping away from MMA to eight months postpartum and discovering my love for it once more,” Rousey wrote on Instagram accompanying a video.

Some have speculated whether or not Rousey being again within the fitness center is a sign of a possible octagon return. She retired in 2016 after struggling back-to-back knokocut losses. She turns 39 in February.
Throughout her time within the UFC, Rousey set almost each report for a feminine fighter. She’s the primary feminine UFC Corridor of Fame inductee. She had six profitable title protection and was the primary Olympic medalist to win a UFC championship.
