Tuesday exercise, heat up, 2 miles, dash straights, jog turns, 20 minutes of reasonable working, 8 x 350, 200m jog, tempo is 800m race tempo, 20 minutes of straightforward working, cooldown.
Hydrate and stretch. All the time hydrate.
Make plans for spring racing. Write down your objectives for the season in your iPhone or iPad or on a postcard, and browse them daily. Goals are fulfilled by way of laborious work!
