LAS VEGAS — The Yankees are going in-house to fill the outlet on Aaron Boone’s teaching workers.
The membership has employed Dan Fiorito as its new first base coach, The Put up has discovered, selling the group’s outfield/infield coordinator to exchange Travis Chapman.
Fiorito is predicted to double because the Yankees’ infield coach, as Chapman did, and end off the revamping of Boone’s workers heading into 2026.
Gone are Chapman, bullpen coach Mike Harkey and assistant hitting coach Pat Roessler, and in are Fiorito, Desi Druschel and Jake Hirst.

The 35-year-old Fiorito beforehand served because the supervisor at Double-A Somerset in 2022 and Excessive-A Hudson Valley in 2021, crossing paths with shortstop Anthony Volpe at each stops.
