After getting into the season with little expectations, the Los Angeles Angels are nonetheless hanging round in late June. And on Wednesday, Los Angeles evened its document by finishing a sweep of the Boston Purple Sox.
Now 7-3 in its final 10 video games, the Angels beat Boston, 5-2, to cap off the three-game sequence with their third win. It took back-to-back dwelling runs and a 12-strikeout efficiency from starter Yusei Kikuchi for Los Angeles to get the win.
